Extensive work on initiatives to promote economic reform in the Middle East, through Chemonics and The Services Group (TSG) in Washington, DC. Assignments involved the close editing and rewriting of key deliverables on tight deadlines to coordinate, clarify, and reconcile the work of multiple authors with various nationalities. In most cases, the authors of a single document were in Europe, the United States, and the Middle East. Created organization-wide templates for the clear presentation of complex economic data. Two documents, on tax incentives and customs bonds, led directly to policy changes by the Jordanian government. Notably, composed the Jordan Vision 2020 Phase 2 report, a 500-page presentation of an initiative to promote entrepreneurship and economic growth launched by Jordan's King Abdullah II in 2000. This report was created in a high-conflict area, with terrorism and political turbulence. In spite of this, successfully collaborated with nearly 60 authors drawn from Jordan's main trade organizations, as well as government officials, international economists, and the staff of USAID and AMIR, to produce this report in English and Arabic.
