Role specific technical duties include:- evaluation of competitor vehicles and compare to Toyota vehicles- conducting analysis of competitors, market & customer trends- determining performance targets (based on above items)- testing of components & vehicles to ensure compliance to Toyota testing standards- designing tests- tune of vehicle shock absorbers and selection of components to ensure vehicle meets targets- organising & running of test trips to highlight specific AU conditions- subjective & objective evaluation of vehicles- working with varies data acquisition systems (system selection varied depending on the activity)Non-technical duties include:- managing projects from concept through to completion / handover- managing staff to ensure outputs are achieved- assisting admin teams with creation of cost tracking and workload planning sheets- regular presentations to senior management- working with many other departments on collaborative activities to achieve common goals (on many occasions, I was the project manager / lead)- providing technical assistance to other departments to improve accuracy of activity- capital expenditure justification and procurement

Role specific duties include:- design metal work, from drafting drawings / concept through to install.(items include gates, balustrades and one off designs)- workshop management (staff activities - both on & off site)- quoting of jobs (materials and resources)- 3D modelling (Solidworks) of designs for presentation to clients for approval- liaison with clients throughout the process from initial discussion through to hand over
