As a Senior Manager of Sales Enablement and Training at Wiley, I leverage my extensive commercial experience to help internal customers achieve higher satisfaction and performance in their work. I am passionate about finding the best ways to enable and empower commercial teams to do their best work.Currently I am responsible for; the learning design of enablement content; workshop facilitation; and leadership coaching for various business units that I support. Some of the discrete teams that my organisation supports are; customer success; medical education and marketing sales; niche recruitment sales; open access academic agreement sales; and science solutions and mass spectra sales.In my previous role at Madgex I led the global customer and partner success teams, and delivered customer success practices and processes to all departments within the business.
