As the Safety and Occupational Health Program Manager for an organization up to 1500 employees I supervised the safety program and up to 24 safety professionals to develop, justify, manage, plan, organize, and implement a safety program to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory standards. This included leader consultation, human and fiscal resources, policy, guidance, safety councils, and records management. I supervised the education, training, and promotion of safety behavior in the work place, home, and during recreational activities. I conducted and supervised mishap and near misses investigations, inspections, surveys, assessments, technical consultations, hazard analysis and risk mitigation.• Supervised the reduction of recordable injuries by 45% for 570 employee aviation organization, and 18% for a 1500 employee organization.• Oversight of building and airfield safety encompassing; maintenance hangars, tarmac, hazardous materials, PPE, fall protection, noise conservation, fire prevention, and safety supervision of $980 million in construction projects in and around buildings and operations. • Supervised 24 safety professionals and 9 subsidiary safety programs. • Developed and implemented revitalized driver training program and training recording procedures, adopted by other branches within the division. • Successfully coordinated industrial hygiene, utilities, and several federal agencies to abate mold hazard and restore healthy and safe environment to 300 person dormitory.• Partnered with operational divisions to ensure safety policies and practices were in compliance with Federal OSHA and host nation agency regulations and procedures.• Worked with stakeholders to ensure appropriate response to compliance breakdown and resolution of findings or complaints.

Safety Program Manager for airport affecting all operations for up to 10,000 military and civilian employees who worked or trained in and around the airfield. Managed a safety program to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory standards. To include leader consultation, human and fiscal resources, policy, guidance, councils, and records management. Designed, conducted, developed, and executed safety awareness, statutory and regulatory training, promotional and special emphasis campaigns and programs to enhance safety awareness throughout the command.Identified mishap casual factors and potentially unsafe practices or conditions, and made recommendations for corrective actions to prevent mishap recurrence and reducehazardous conditions. As the Taskforce Safety Officer I created a safety program for ground and aviation operations. Developed and implemented effective risk management, integrating risk mitigation processes, and assessing current safety protocols, aligning them with higher authority to streamline mission briefings. I was solely responsible for the administration and management of all aspects of aviation and ground accident prevention, risk management, hazards communication, hazardous material handling, respiratory protection, protective equipment, fire prevention, hearing conservation, and wards program.As an Instructor pilot I ensured the safe and effective individual, crew and collective training and operations for 10 pilots. I trained pilots in all aspects of flying operations in day, night and meteorological conditions. responsible for the quality control of the Commander's Aircrew Training Program through recommending and enforcing operational flight standards.
