My primary role was to facilitate the coordination and completion of interactive projects between clients and the interactive team. Review client's existing branding, websites, mobile apps, video footage, animation/motion graphics and technical architecture to help them understand web site and mobile technology and design options. I wrote proposals and created project plans to keep projects on schedule and on budget. Communicated with clients and the project team on a regular basis to ensure they were fulfilling their obligations. Worked with design staff to ensure a high level of usability in the end product. Lead functional requirements-gathering sessions with clients and created functional specification documents (including site maps, wire frames, user scenario flows or use cases, and other business logic documentation). Used SmartDraw, iPlotz, JustInMind, Teamgantt, Basecamp, Axure and other standard Interactive software tools and processes.

Usability and SEO lead at GE Healthcare Life Sciences. Utilized Interactive Design principles to help facilitate the launch of new $20 Million in sales e-commerce web site, with updates to homepage design, mega menus, data structure and page design. Changes were made using industry standards illustrated by the Nielsen Norman Group Usability Seminars and user generated data from Voice of Customer testing and site metric analysis. Also responsible for internal search accuracy and delivered a decrease in negative feedback by 78% and increased speed of search by 79%. Proposed changes and lead cross functional teams in order to facilitate reaching these goals. As a part of this effort I proposed and started an educational effort to change the culture of the company to one that is customer and SEO focused on the web site.

Responsible for the U.S. Bath & Kitchen websites (American Standard, Porcher, Jado, Sottini), including: design concepts, product information, press releases, promotions, and other various elements. Manage, coordinate and prioritize internal and agency web projects and budgets. Track, monitor and assess the functionality and currency of all web entities as well as competitive analysis. Central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for prioritization of action requests. Integrate web initiatives with other marketing activities. Train and present websites to nationwide internal and external customers.
