Tim Browne serves as Chair of Polsinelli’s Sports +Entertainment Industry Group, comprising approximately 25 attorneys. Tim previously returned to private practice after serving an in-house attorney for 10 years at the National Basketball Association (NBA) league office in New York (most recently as Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs and Co-Head of the Media Legal Group, specializing in broadcast and digital media, events and content distribution transactions).Tim stays abreast of industry changes through his community and pro bono work. He is a member of both the Nashville Sports Council and the Sports Lawyers Association. He has represented entrepreneurs, artists, creators, local youth sports clubs, as well as domestic violence prevention centers and minority-owned businesses in his pro bono work.
