Tim Chin is a Senior Engineering Manager at FullStory at FullStory. He possess expertise in gui, visual design, three.js, webgl, illustrator and 38 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "I’ve had the great fortune to partner with Tim throughout my full tenure at FullStory. Through evolving team structures and various inflection points in the product and company, I always could feel secure, knowing that Tim was there as an engineering and UX counterpart. Through our careers at FullStory, Tim always took the time to provide additional clarity on the technical scope of projects. He would often do technical research and share findings with the team, and would always be very receptive to any questions asked. All of these actions helped to open up conversations around resourcing, design scope, and release cadence as we approached new feature work. Apart from all of this, Tim is just one of the most kind, considerate and supportive colleagues that I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside with. One of the qualities that I admire most about Tim is how he actively listens, and how aware he is of other voices in the room. The empathy that he shares with his team, combined with his passion for problem-solving, design and UX have not only made him an excellent colleague to collaborate with, but also an exceptional leader, I have been so fortunate to count him as both. Any team would be so lucky to have Tim’s talents!", "Tim is one of the finest developers I have had the privilege of working with. He is a voracious learner, and my biggest challenge managing him was providing him with a steady pipeline of impactful, challenging work to bulldoze through. He does an excellent job of managing priorities and projects, to the point that I was able to carve out ~50% of my job responsibilities, turn that into a new position, and hand it to Tim to execute, which he did admirably. I will make every effort to arrange to work with Tim again sometime soon.", and "Fortunate enough to have met many talented individuals in diverse fields, Tim stands out as one of the most dependable, creative and talented individuals. Not only his technical abilities are evident, but also his willingness to help and mentor, in a non-obtrusive and constructive manner. Simply put, he's the person you would want on your team."
