My expertise extends to securing financial resources to scale impact, fostering innovation, and cultivating a culture of mutual respect.Most recently, as the Founder and President of Diffuse Network, I assembled a team of nonprofit leaders, consultants, and social entrepreneurs, to create a network that bridges marketplace, nonprofit, and spiritual entrepreneurship for social impact. For 18+ years, I have served as the Founder and Executive Director of Sojourn Collegiate Ministry. Under my leadership, Sojourn has expanded its reach across three states and managing a $1.6 million budget and doubling the national average retention rate for staff. Our innovative spiritual engagement model has had a global impact used by two dozen community builders in multiple countries. Recently, I implemented EOS (Entrepreneurs Operating System) within Sojourn's executive leadership team, ensuring effective management of our rapid growth and national expansion.I excel in fostering collaboration, inspiring key partners toward a common vision, and professional growth within high performing teams.
