As Executive Director I have strategic and operational responsibility for the Foundation's programs, its growth, and the overall execution of its mission. This demands vision, innovation, and strong strategic and organizational leadership, coupled with effective collaboration, a service mindset, and financial expertise. I fulfill these demands fueled by a passion for helping underserved youth.

This senior management role for the Foundation directs and implements the Foundation’s program activities while providing:1. leadership and excellent alignment in selection and ongoing relationships between the Foundation and its associate residential summer camps; 2. leadership and management for development of the Foundation's National Footprint Model.

The John Austin Cheley Foundation funds need-based camperships for high potential youth to attend extended-stay wilderness summer camps that have a proven track record of positively impacting youth development. The Board of Trustees, consisting of 16 members who are elected for a term of three years, is responsible for the operation of the Foundation.

Strategic development and leadership of a team of staff and volunteers dedicated to the promotion and delivery of educational exchange programs across 19 U.S states and 62 countries around the globe.Integrated into senior management team to extend the operational mission of this international study abroad non-profit organization through structural redesign and LEAN management implementation.

Independent Day School, Berkshire ENGLANDResponsible for a total upgrade of the school's I.T. network; successfully coordinated curriculum integration through staff training and support. Responsible for the coordination and assessment of the physical education curriculum, raising standards for Key Stages 2 and 3.
