I was in charge of creating the Pastoral .Ministry Career at Universidad SEL. We have 81 years of experience of preparing Pastors and Leaders for the Peruvian church.

Debbie and I joined Converge Worldwide-International in late April, 2010. We will continue to live in Lima, Peru and serve Latin America through ProMETA, the Evangelical Seminary of Lima, a local church in Lima and various assignments throughtout the region.

Developed and taught Leadership Across Cultures for the Master's in Arts in Leadership program at Trinity Western University. Course is taught during various semesters during the school year.

Oversaw work in the Latin America region of nine countries.During my time as director Honduras, Colombia, and Uruguay were added as countries where ReachGlobal worked.

Oversaw expansion into Colombia, Honduras, the Dominican Republic and Uruguay. Led virtual team of nine members in seven countries. Led two vision trips to four countries eachEncouraged growth of the Latin America Training NetworkLed region of 72 workers

Led team of 3-24 workers Taught in local seminaries.Mentored new workersRecruited at least eight new workers.
