US Army Component LNO to a Geographical Combatant Command, US Africa Command. Leveraging 12 years of experience in and around the Africa Area of Operations, represents a theater Army headquarters on all current operational, logistic and administrative matters of concern. Supervise and manage US Army Africa Civil Affairs and Civil Military Cooperation programs and activities in US Africa Command Area of Operations.

Responsible for integrating analysis of DoD efforts to counter trans national threats and ensure efforts incorporate a whole of government approach.

Plan and integrate CA support into Special Forces Group mission. Prepare for Mission rehearsal exercises, manage placement of incoming CA personnel in Group, coordinate with supporting 96th CA Battalion and 95th CA Brigade

Civil Affairs planning for 3rd Special Forces Group: managing the non-lethal activities of three civil affairs companies, fifty Afghanistan Pakistan Hands, and ten cultural support teams across Afghanistan for Combined Joint Task Force Afghanistan.

Planning cooperative Civil Military activities for the UN mission, and establishing a CIvil Military Cooperation Course for UN force contributing countries.

Theater level integration of ongoing civil military activities across Africa, disaster response planning, humanitarian assistance, interagency coordination, planning reps ones to instability in Libya and Tunisia, security cooperation in South Sudan
