Our principals have successfully helped alternative asset manager clients raise over $6 billion. We currently have four full-time professionals raising capital for our clients from institutional investors in North America and Europe. Our clients manage strategies employing primarily private equity and other illiquid securities. They have been located in North America, Europe, and Latin America. From time to time, we have represented managers located in Australia and Asia. All the members of our team have at a minimum, both Series 7 and 63 FINRA registrations through our broker-dealer affiliate.
