• Architecting infrastructure as code at Build.com utilizing Docker and Kubernetes. • Developed Jenkins plugins to fill feature gaps, such as robust http request management.• Trained developers on how to best utilize CI & CD systems to deliver better code, faster.• Engineered and executed the implementation of Harness.io, a machine learning backed continuous verification tool into the Build.com’s CD pipeline.• Continuously analyze CI & CD processes to identify bottlenecks and engineer and implement solutions. • Designed and implemented the migration from Bamboo to Jenkins, updating all deployment pipelines in the process.• Implemented continuous integration across all Build.com software applications greatly increasing the speed that changes moved through the software development life cycle.• Automated the manual deployment of all Build.com applications. Taking Build.com from one release every two weeks to multiple releases per week.

• Lead architect and engineer on the modernization of Build.com’s Selenium automation.• Integrated Sonarqube static code analysis into the build process to enforce code standards and increase quality. This provided a single source of coding standards truth that all code was held to allowing for consistency across development teams.• Worked directly with development leads to maximize the QA team’s effectiveness by bringing QA into the development process as early as possible to simultaneously increase the amount of time QA had for testing and reduce the amount of time software changes were blocked waiting for QA.

• Created end to end Selenium automation to validate the order lifecycle from the moment a customer begins shopping all the way through to shipment delivery. As an online retailer this is the most important critical path to test.• Automated pre-release regression test plans using Selenium to reduce the time this process took.• Worked directly with developers to provide functional QA testing.
