As the AVP of Transformation Programs at Royal Caribbean, my goal is to provide leadership technology direction to large business transformation programs. Tim will provide oversight to the project teams comprised of members from Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management Office (PMO), Cyber & Compliance, Infrastructure, and other contributor organizations. My focus in this role was to be a trusted Enterprise Transformation technology services provider to Enterprise organizations who needed guidance in how to best implement and leverage innovative cloud and digital transformation solutions. In this role I was the lead on technology solutions, blueprinting, and scoping projects.
