As an experienced Project Manager and skilled technical Principal Subsea Engineer with extensive leadership experience I have a long demonstrated history of successfully delivering highly technical specialist projects within the oil & energy industry across the globe.I take a hands on approach when supporting my engineering teams and enjoy the diversity, travel opportunities and challenges that the project based and strategic executive management roles I've undertaken have brought me over the years.With a niche for the design and development of bespoke, standard or specialist tooling I have managed and worked within teams on flowlines, risers, diverless connectors and umbilicals. I take great pride in what I do and enjoy the outcome based nature of project work as well and driving and developing larger organisational strategies.
