Follow your passion. That three word piece of advice continues to guide me to some amazing opportunities and experiences. As a Director of Bricks 4 Kidz Tacoma, I started a business my own business to help children learn and grow through hands-on building with LEGO® components. Like assembling a LEGO model, I took my love of science and engineering, clicked on my wife Kristi's teaching expertise, and attached it to the base of a Bricks 4 Kidz franchise. We now have a growing business serving Tacoma and surrounding areas, including after-school programs, and recurring events, birthday parties, camps and classes at dozens of schools, parks & recs and local business partners. In addition, I am the West Region Representative for the Bricks 4 Kidz Franchise Steering Committee.I am always looking for partners to help spread this unique brand of fun and education. From family nights to charity auctions, in-school field trips, parties, trade shows, or school programs, I have a variety of programs and activities from which to choose or I can tailor one to fit. Previously I was as an application developer with expertise in rapidly designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting entire ASP.NET/MS-SQL web applications start to finish and back to front. When I first started out, I was a retail customer service manager then helped to start up a software company.
