- Support Supply Chain functional leaders in development of the ASR, budget, quarterly projections and capital expenditure planning activities.- Prepare and consolidate relevant North America and global supply chain metrics for quarterly presentations to leadership at Global Supply Chain Council meetings.- Work with the North America transportation team to develop forecasts/budgets and prepare presentations to provide updates to the business units.- Manage monthly North America freight financial close processes and reporting.- Work with the analyst in the NASSC to ensure accuracy and completeness for the supply chain cost centers through the monthly financial close, and support reporting and variance analysis.- Manage capital tracking, accruals and placing assets into service.

- Developed annual $230M P&L budget, monthly Flash forecasts and variance analysis for all domestic retail distribution and e-commerce fulfillment center operations. Managed one Senior Financial Analyst.- Supported Supply Chain Leadership as Finance “single point of contact” for import & domestic inbound freight, e-commerce shipping, and headquarters P&L.- Created a monthly financial performance recap for each area of Supply Chain, which identified the distinct volume, rate and other variance components, as compared to forecast, budget and last year. This provided leadership with insight into how well operational performance leveraged volume and helped to identify areas with cost management opportunity.- Developed financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives, including the closure of one distribution and one fulfillment center, enabling fixed cost reductions of $2M+.

- Developed annual $250M capital budget, quarterly forecasts and variance analysis for global operations. Managed one Senior Financial Analyst and Administrative Assistant.- Partnered with domestic and international Business Leadership to analyze, vet and develop capital project proposals for recommendation to the Capital Committee. Project categories included new stores, store remodels, store planning, asset protection, IT, repairs & maintenance, and distribution & fulfillment.- Led and prepared materials for Capital Committee meetings with Executive Leadership and Board of Directors.- In years of constrained availability, developed capital prioritization recommendations for Leadership to provide support for required investments, while also enabling the opportunity to invest in high return strategic initiatives.

Managed ~ 20 team members.- Managed ($1B+) domestic expense and import merchandise payable, invoice processing, audit, disbursement, vendor relations, and general ledger reporting in accordance with GAAP, SOX and internal control requirements.- Managed team to achieve all project deliverables and deadlines, through two Oracle Financial System upgrades, as well as implementation of the Procurement and Project Management modules.
