I have been in sales for approximately a decade now. Some of the things I love about sales:1.) It can provide serious freedom for your family.2.) Sales is in pretty much every industry, sales can get pretty basic, and you just have to develop the skillets that fit best with your industry. 3.) The networking that can happen brings in great people into your life. 4.) You learn so much about finances, and just how little value a dollar really has. You start to appreciate the connections more and more, and the money will just flow as it needs to. 5.) Training new people is always refreshing, it forces you to relearn the basics we tend to forget, and remind you where you came from.More about myself, I'm currently in the Solar Industry (mostly residential) where I help advise homeowners if and when solar is best used. I also train new reps into the world of solar, and it is different and can be more intense than other sales positions. I have had to learn at least 10 different financial products, but with my background in Insurance and Financial services it was an easier task then some imagine. I've been a Husband to my Wife for nearly 10 years as well now. We have 2 beautiful daughters and they are a big peice of my Why.
