I'm a senior software engineer on a product team at Ramsey Solutions.In this role, I design and build software solutions to customer problems, in partnership with product and design. I don't do this on my own though. I work with the engineers on my squad to deliver those solutions. Beyond my immediate objectives, I work with fellow senior engineers to develop and evangelize engineering standards, mentor more junior engineers, and implement company-wide technology initiatives. All of this is to deliver more reliable solutions, with more speed, and greater customer impact.I also author a blog at www.biodigitaljazz.tech where I share learnings from my experience as a software engineer.
