Senior Talent Acquisition Leader
CurrentMy responsibilities include oversight of our Westlake Regional Center volume hiring, managing a team of up to 6 Talent Acquisition Partners as well as sourcing, recruit and hire internal/external leadership talent to meet business unit objectives. My team of Talent Acquisition Partners supports our unlicensed Customer Relationship Advocate & Workplace Planning Associate job openings. I provide consulting expertise to hiring managers, directors or executives in regards to the internal and external employment trends, maintain deep knowledge of their clients’ business objectives and their workforce plans. I assist in guidance and influence forecasting for future quarters and targets to help provide the top talent to meet Fidelity's hiring goals.
