● Provide trauma and grief psychotherapy and crisis intervention to clients individually referred from the Toronto Bail Program and Mental Health Diversion, utilizing evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches including but not limited to CBT, Narrative Therapy, IFS, EFT and Solution Focused Therapy.● Offer culturally competent, multi-faith Spiritual Care and Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy to diverse individuals and families awaiting trial, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and empathy in high-stress situations.● Deliver Spiritual/Emotional Care to court staff, showcasing adaptability and communication skills in varied professional contexts.● Coordinate provision of essential resources to those released from custody, employing case management skills and a harm reduction approach.● Demonstrate leadership in chaplaincy team management, including staff development, program development, and managing client waitlists, aligning with anti-oppression and social justice principles.
