I am an experienced professional who has worked in a variety of fields, from both public and private sector, to community-based non-profits. My strengths including recognizing business issues and connecting people and businesses to solutions. I can manage and organize an office, identify and train on best practices, grow current programs in both revenue and impact and accurately track business success. Throughout my career, I've grown from support roles in office management to more advanced project leadership in process mapping and change management. Working in so many different industries I've learned that the most important skill necessary for success is managing the relationships that we have made. From working with City Council agendas at the City of Vallejo, to my current role in making sure that Small Business voices are heard by the community and our legislature, I've learned that the most important part of any career is the PEOPLE.
