As a recent QUT graduate and HR Officer, I've cultivated a valuable skill set through both my studies in business management and the creative industries. Strong backgrounds in both retail and hospitality have developed my customer service, teamwork, and initiative on-the-job and in a variety of contexts. In doing so, I believe I can value-add to organisations through my driven and detail-oriented approach, creativity, and genuine love of learning.During my years of work and university experience, I've developed strengths in communication, leadership, adaptability, time-management, entrepreneurship, digital tools, and stakeholder management. This, combined with my expanding knowledge base of human resource management and the creative sector, facilitates me in consistent value delivery and successful outcomes. In particular, multiple engagements in group work have given me experience in problem-solving in team contexts, allowing me to quickly synthesise information and find workable solutions under tight deadlines.
