Train new and current users on ProTrack, an industry-leading broadcast management system. This training is done online or on-site. Project management duties range from simple software implementations to onboarding new stations in different hub and spoke environments, to managing development, technical services, and professional services teams to coordinate smooth transition from a stations' current platform to the new platform. Documented new processes and created online videos for Myers, allowing users to get the newest product information and streamline technical support requests by proactively laying the process out in an easy to read and use article.

- Provide nationwide telephone and remote support for various hardware and software issues relating to Microsoft Dynamics RMS; configuring servers and workstations to specifications required by the software- Support includes remote installation of necessary software, drivers, and customizations to workstations and servers, virus removal, general troubleshooting, and end user training-Stong emphasis on logical thinking and troubleshooting skills, giving the customer satisfactory service and support
