Top three defects reduced by over 50% on targeted model. • Regional (North America) and Global Leader for AGC printing team consisting of 7 engineers from Asia, Europe, South America and North America. Best practices shared and benchmarked for global deployment across AGC facilities. • Supported continuous improvement initiatives for 9 production lines which cut, grind and print glass prior to tempering.• Generated weekly and monthly defect analysis reports for production team, highlighting where scrap reducing efforts are needed.
