Sr. Subcontracts Administrator
CurrentResponsible for all subcontract administration issues for the SGT MSES subcontract portfolios. Ensure compliance with subcontract and contract provisions, including interpretation of specific clauses and requirements on CPFF, FFP and T&M type subcontracts. Work with project, technical, and finance staff to monitor subcontracts from cradle to grave. Issue approval, deviation, and waiver requests. Draft and issue subcontract modifications. Monitor and administer subcontracts to include audits and closeouts. Responsible for performing market surveys for all direct commodity procurements and subcontractors. Develop and negotiate teaming and subcontract agreements. Monitor and report subcontract financial and performance status, along with required SF 294s and SF 295s. Follow-up on and bring to successful resolution outstanding subcontractual issues with subcontractors and SGT customers. Assist with the preparation of subcontract cost proposals for large projects, review subcontractor proposals for task orders. Assist Price Analysts in developing subcontractor proposal pricing strategy, review subcontractor cost proposals for compliance with RFP and other regulatory requirements. Also responsible for procurement of material purchases under the MSES and METS programs.Assist with development of policy and procedures. Review performance requirements and delivery schedules. Prepare reports advising management of their rights and obligations.
