I developed the cost benefit analysis and consulted to the Director of Financial Service and Network Development. I personally negotiated contracts based upon the financial performance of the capitated physician specialty networks, netting multi million dollar contracts with insurance carriers and Health Plans on behalf of the Medical Group. Recruited and negotiated the fee for service contracts with Physical Therapy, Vision Care and Anesthesia services which were the responsibility of the Medical Group.
