Current Table-Top Exercise Program - Program Manager (government GG/GS civilian) Lessons Learned Program - Program Manager (government GG/GS civilian) Led the startup of the INSCOM Set the Theater (STT) Table-Top Exercise (TTX) Program in 2016 and the establishment of the INSCOM Lessons Learned program in 2019. Provided program management oversight for both programs and 3-4 assigned contractors and military personnel supporting each line of effort. Manages the implementation of 6-9 major discussion-based training events per year at INSCOM Theater Military Intelligence Brigade locations in Korea, Hawaii, Germany, Italy, and US locations in Texas and Georgia; each event includes between 60-130 participants, frequently includes multiple distinguished visitors, and occasionally involves bi-lateral participation from allied countries. Coordinates TTX outputs for follow-on DOTMLPF-P requirements integration and change management. Manages critical tech insertion and modernization related post-event requirements development, such as:o SATCOM Modernization: Engaged with SpaceX, Army Futures Command C5ISR Directorate and Network Cross Functional Team, Air Force Research Lab (AFRL), and Army Intelligence & Security Command (INSCOM) staff elements on emerging opportunities for SATCOM modernization for INSCOM ground systems, as well as Airborne platform antennae upgrades for high-bandwidth SATCOM data transmission (based on AFRL Global Lightning field testing).o Credibility Detection at Distance (non-invasive polygraph-like capabilities): Capability dev with the Communication-Electronic Research, Development, and Engineering Center (CERDEC) Night Vision and Electronic Sensor Directorate.
