I am an MSP-certified Programme Manager and PMO/Agile Transformation Specialist, leading the delivery of enterprise-wide change initiatives for major corporates to achieve strategic objectives. My most recent role was as Programme Manager at Royal Bank of Scotland, with a dual role of defining and delivering change management and scaled agile delivery processes and tools that enhanced the bank’s existing change capability and acting as PMO SME supporting the business franchises to deliver their change portfolio more effectively and reliably. My earlier career has included a range of Project Manager and Test Manager consultant and contract roles with RBS, Marks & Spencer, BT and Lloyds TSB, among others. I can leverage my 20+ years’ experience as a change management SME to credibly define and guide implementation of the end-to-end delivery process while leading the development of and transition to agile delivery processes. For example, I led delivery of a single PPM system (Planview) at RBS and migrated projects from other platforms to provide transparency and manage delivery of a £1.7bn change budget. This was operational within 9 months with ROI achieved in a further 12 months. Additionally, I have a proven background analysing and resolving complex risks and dependencies while nurturing collaborative key senior stakeholder relationships to clearly communicate and win buy-in to the change agenda.
