Responsible for Supply Chain and Customer Service management for the Mercosul region, my responsibilities include leading a diverse team of professionals, ensuring the efficient execution of all operational and strategic processes. Responsibility to include training employees in communication and problem-solving techniques. In this role, I implemented initiatives to increase operational efficiency and service quality, actively participated in the implementation of process and procedure improvement systems and implementation of KPIs, which were vital to the continuous service improvement strategy. I coordinate all activities related to local production, ensuring that product manufacturing meets the required quality and efficiency standards. I manage storage operations, implementing solutions to optimize space and improve internal logistics. I supervise the acquisition of raw materials and finished products, indirect purchases, necessary for the operation of all areas of the company. Implementation and Maintenance of the S&OP Process - I establish and maintain the process, essential for aligning production and sales goals with available resources, anticipating risks and opportunities in the market. Import and Export: - I manage all import and export activities, including special regimes such as drawback and ex-tariff, with monitoring with ABIQUIM to ensure compliance with current regulations. This position requires a strategic vision and in-depth knowledge of Supply Chain, as well as strong leadership skills to direct the team and implement improvements that result in greater efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsible for managing the direct/indirect purchases, service contracts, third party contracts, raw material, finished goods and fixed assets. Responsible for metrics such as; cost avoidance, cost out, DPO, OTTP, OTD, DOH, among others. Responsible for planning, managing and controlling the plant purchase process: purchase requests, supplier terms, manufacturing capabilities, inventory and operational planning (SIOP). Management of inventory levels, planning, managing and controlling all purchasing processes. Ensure methodology and control annual physical inventory according to corporate accounting procedures. Responsible for the supplier negotiation, technical visits, homologation of new suppliers, in order to obtain better prices, payment terms, contract agreement (SLA) and delivery time negotiation; Responsible for management reports, as needed, to facilitate and recommend actions to ensure the execution of the supply chain. Responsible for reducing annual costs and improving financial results developing cost out strategies. Implementation of corporate policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of the supply chain, in order to promote best practices at Eaton and achieve strategic goals, objectives and initiatives. Support compliance initiatives and corporate strategies to achieve synergy throughout the operation. Responsible for the evaluation of the SCM team performance, direct and indirect employees. Responsible for Datacenter and Hospitals projects with an average value of US$10M

Responsible for managing the LATAM and Mercosur supply chain team, delegating tasks, priorities and developing people and new talents. Responsible for strategic negotiations and purchases abroad; Incoterm, Prices, Mark up and Transfer prices. Negotiation of service providers and logistics agreements such as strategic international and national freight for different modal transportation, including management of freight invoices, carrier selection and contracts. Monitoring and supervision of the operational delivery of import and export orders with manufacturing sites (exporters), transport operators, freight forwarders, third party warehouses and brokers. Responsible for hiring and performing providers aiming to complete the process accurately in time for successful deliveries. Support and alignment of functional and global corporate strategies

Daily administration of logistics operations of imported products for different segments such as automotive, electrical, pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics.
