• Design, implementation, testing and documentation of automated system tests, test components and test data• Preparation of test plans, test specifications, test reports • Identification and reporting of system defects and resolution of test defects• Act as Quality Engineering Lead and manage team during internal and customer projects• Liaison with managers, developers, support, business analysts to investigate, resolve and verify defects and report progress• Provide analysis, design and implementation of test approaches in agile, iterative and waterfall methodologies

• Maintenance and enhancements of automated testing framework• Regular scripting and execution of automated tests, defect analysis and verification• Experience with financial systems, specifically EFT, POS, ISO8583, AS2805, PCI• Create test strategy, scenarios and scripts from analysis of business requirements and message specifications • Reporting of test results, defects and testing status to managers, developers and other teams• Provide training to new staff and team members• Continually seek ways to improve and enhance the quality assurance process
