Participates in the planning, implementation, and training of new applications or upgrades as requested. Provides after-hours, on-call support as scheduled. Maintains documentation for support problems and resolutions as required.Adheres to PC imaging standards, instructs and guides the installation of access software, like Citric agents, and coordinates with LAN Engineers and System Administrators regarding imaging standards and support functions.Participates in on call support beyond regularly scheduled hours. Participates in weekend rotation to affect Saturday and Sunday coverage.
