Additionally oversaw complex integration with external service providers.

Geelong

• End-to-end project management of changes to the Claims Management and Payment systems for both TAC and Worksafe. This encompassed all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation briefs, planning, analysis, procurement, development, testing and deployment activities This was performed across a range of concurrent projects, with up to twenty resources involved in each project. • Developing eighteen month rolling release calendar for the pipeline of changes to the Claims Management and ancillary systems. This required careful stakeholder management with other strategic projects and external vendors to ensure all were in agreement with the schedule and relevant stage gates that were in place to ensure a smooth delivery.• Management of a team of seven Business Analysts (BABOK trained)/SMEs working across non claims systems for the TAC (HR, Finance, Corporate Services). • Risk and issue management in terms of application development and release management across projects. • Provide Level 3 support resources and release management to ensure production issues are rectified in a timely manner • Administration of development tools; Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, Bitbucket

• Responsibility for the delivery of technical projects (infrastructure and application) for Toll Global Information Services (GIS), both internal (GIS) and customer facing (Toll Business Unit and external customers). • Working with multiple teams to ensure the delivery of projects on time and within budget.
