RTT leads in professional high-end 3D visualization in realtime, turning it into a process-changing key technology for its clients. My Role within the QA team is to oversee the testing of the DeltaGen product. Specifically the current and new features of DeltaGen. These Features consist of the Import / Export of files, Geometry, UV editor & Tessellation functionality.

VidiGo is a startup company in the entertainment branch specializing in software products that bring added value to TV respectively radio productions. Its aim is to make the process simple and streamlined by using innovative products.My role at VidiGo was setting up test procedures, testing the products in development, and getting them ready for release. This included setting up a workflow to work with as well as making templates for the test plan, test cases, and test reports. Another part of my duties was communicating with developers and the management about the progress but also about the issues that arose during testing.

The Campaign Manager is a product developed with the purpose of automating the running of a marketing campaign for newspapers. This includes importing data regarding customers, making a selection of prospects, coordinating the actual campaign by directing calling agencies, sending out automated mails and the processing of the response.The Campaign Manager consists of various components which communicate together through a service layer. A Data Warehouse (DWH) is used to store all the data. This data is used to make a selection based on criteria which the user selects. The selection is contacted through a channel chosen by the user whether it is by telephone, e-mail or post. The response given by the selected channel is recorded and stored into the DWH. After the campaign has been concluded the user gets a report with the results.

PON Automotive focuses on the import, logistics, marketing, distribution, service, and maintenance of cars and tires.A Data Warehouse was developed in which data from the different PON dealers all over the Netherlands was collected. This data included sales figures, repair history, and sales margins. On top of the DWH a Cognos reporting application was made which transparently gives insight in the figures and makes business decisions based on them.

Data Replication Online (DRO) is an application used to make information available online to customers of the bank. This information comes from several legacy systems which are not able to provide access around-the-clock. The information is being imported to the DRO database and queried by the user. During the course of the year several changes have been made. This meant that there was continuous testing of the changes as well as regression testing in order to check that the application hasn’t lost any quality.

VCS Group is a consultancy firm which focuses on the energy market with customers like Nuon, Eneco en Essent. At these companies the VCS group provides expertise of the market and implements IT-projects.
