Salary: $40,000.00 USD Per YearHours per week: 40; Responsible to support TRICARE Call Center service quality management by conducting quality call monitoring, training, and coaching of Contact Center staff n the delivery of excellent customer service. Conduct quality audits for the TRICARE Enrollment department, and serve as a liaison for quality functions related to Customer Service Operations on process and performance improvement projects.Key Responsibilities*Conduct quality call monitoring by listening to live and recorded calls to ensure excellent customer service is provided to TRICARE customers; conduct performance monitoring and call monitoring reviews using call monitoring software; coordinate with hub supervisor and/or manager to ensure call monitoring requirement of one percent is met.*Train/Instruct employees on new and existing materials, processes and procedures; assist with coaching staff on results of call-monitoring reviews; use results of call monitoring reviews to develop training plan needs in order to ensure improved customer service and communications; coordinate with hub supervisors and/or managers to provide training on areas needing improvement.*Ensure hub staff is utilizing current and accurate training materials, including desk procedures and guides, to assist representatives with daily job performance; assist in writing, editing procedures, job aids, and other training documents.*Evaluate and provide written responses to case reviews; identify and address quality and service improvement opportunities; identify areas for process and performance improvements, and make recommendations for driving needed changes.*Conduct quality audits for the TRICARE Enrollment department for determining process and procedure compliance.*Collaborate with other departments to identify quality and training issues and needs.
