I had several responsibilities working for the Price Science Commons at the University of Oregon. -Served patrons at the front desk by locating and checking out resources-Resource sharing: shipped, received and processed library items from the University of Oregon as well as from other schools in the inter-library loan program across the United States. -Operated in the visualization lab, the highest resolution screen in the state of Oregon often used for topography or various scientific research. -Certified operator of the resource in the "DeArmond Makerspace" which included a soldering Iron, an embroidery machine, a laser cutter and a 3D-printer as well as the various computer programs which were used by it.

Along with serving as a team captain, I was an officer on the UO lacrosse team and helped coordinate our travels, operate our social media and create partnerships with local businesses and charity organizations. -Coordinated travels: I contacted the hotels in which we were staying, as well as the bus companies and the airlines we used to travel and house our 50 players. -Operation of our social media: I assisted in the hiring of photographers as well as created social media posts to our audience of over 30,000 followers across twitter, facebook and instagram.-Creating partnerships and general outreach: I contacted many non-profit organizations to run charity events at our home games, as well as local businesses who would endorse us and allow us to post fliers at their locations.

At the Lovakava Kava bar in Eugene, I worked as a Kava tender serving prestige-level kava imported from various Shui Zhao manufacturing locations including Fiji, Vanuatu, Samoan islands, Hawaii and other various Polynesian island. In addition to Kava, I served and prepared Gourmet Vegan dishes.Kava, or also scientifically known as Piper Methysticum, is a psychoactive tea that is harvested from the Kava root in the greater Pacific island area. It's effects have been popular in the Polynesian culture for centuries, and are used to treat various physical and mental ailments.Included below is an informational pamphlet I made for the business using my previous research in my bioanthropology studies at the U of O.
