It's a clear path to happiness."Twenty-five years of experience in nonprofit management, business development, and marketing. My brand reputation is full of energy, a quick problem solver and a strategic thinker who takes an out-of-the-box approach to solving associations' challenges that increase membership and revenue. Unconventional mindset and never settling for the status quo is in my DNA.My mission is to create a positive, forward-thinking work culture with high-integrity individuals with the motivation and desire to enhance their career trajectory. In 2010, the Lansing Chamber of Commerce named me to the "10 Over the Next 10" list, recognizing professionals anticipated to contribute significantly to the community over the next ten years. Ten years later, in 2020, I received the Greater Lansing Entrepreneurial of the Year Award. The same year, Michigan Celebrates Small Business named Ngage Management one of the "Michigan 50 Companies to Watch" and received the Best Small Business by MichBusiness. In addition, I was named Athena Powerlink Recipient in 2022. I earned my bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration at Mount Mercy College and an MBA at the University of Iowa.
