We recruit and train over 1500 seasonal staff members each year with our training accredited by the international institute of risk and safety management (IIRSM). In addition we deliver the government funded National Citizen Service (NCS) to over 2500 16-17 year olds each summer. Over the last 2 years Activate have developed a risk and incident reporting APP, Proactive, which we have used to make our venue reporting the safest in our industry. We are helping sporting NGB’s implement Proactive to make junior sport and activity safer too. In 2021 we launch our international language school summer camp programme.
