My apprenticeship involves learning about and supporting the business with its key processes. Working with the Sales Team, liaising with the NOC Team, Finance and Marketing and communicating with Clients. I am also learning how to act as an interface between Clients and the Company (from all parts of the Comms365 business) in order to keep them informed of the stage their order is at between order and provisioning. This is a key role with the primary function of ensuring that everything runs smoothly, that all internal processes are followed and clients receive a first class service.Assisting the Sales team with their contractual processes and helping customers with queries and will be working very closely with Marketing, Products and most functions within the company.
