-Oversees many of Temple Sholom's Community Groups-Provides reports and information only available via Temple's database.-Creates weekly/monthly e-blasts.-Admin & tech support for group events.-Manages budgets.-Helps create & implement congregational holiday programming.-Works with the Event Manager to ensure any sort of ordering (food, decor., equipment) has been placed and event layouts are submitted.-Assists congregants with daily programming needs.

-Worked with the Director of Development to plan a variety of events.-Ensure monthly donation reports match the same reports from the Finance Dept.-Create 'Thank You' letters for all donors who have made monetary and in-kind donations.-Pull variety of reports based on giving level, demographics, interests, etc.-Assist in the creation of solicitation letters.-Work closely with the Senior & Associate Rabbis and the Sholom Justice (social justice) group.-Provide admin. support for events and programs (internal & external).-Helped plan a group trip to Montgomery, AL to visit different monuments/museums created by the EJI-Helps with managing the group's budget.-Designs group and congregational e-blasts.
