Software support included Windows (Client & Server), MSOffice 2007-2013, SAP BusinessOne, SentryFile, ManageEngine's ServiceDesk+, Norton Ghost, EaseUS and about ten Custom internal programs. Minor support of Cisco ASA Gateways, Netgear Firewalls, Barracuda Web Filter, Edgewave Secure Email & SPAM Filter, Honeywell Barcode Scanners, Topaz Signature Pads, Apple iPads & mobile devices. Worked with vendors for hardware & software support. Obtained quotes for cost effective equipment purchasing & handled RMA's.
