- Daily management and budget oversight of Support Services within the office of Event Services, which is responsible for the Production and Front of House staff and equipment used throughout campus and within the region to produce over 1,000 public events a year, as well as the design, implementation and maintenance of audio, video and lighting systems in multiple venues.- Daily management and budget oversight of the Templeton-Blackburn Alumni Memorial Auditorium, a 2,000 seat proscenium theater predominantly used for touring productions and single night shows.- Daily management and budget oversight of the Galbreath Memorial Chapel, a 150 seat non-denominational chapel primarily used for spiritual gatherings, formal initiations and weddings.- Daily management and budget oversight for events and operations of the Walter Hall Rotunda, a multipurpose venue used predominantly for small lectures, formal dinners, and private wedding receptions.- Responsible for the coordination of audio/visual installations for the John Calhoun Baker University Center, a 183,000 square foot facility containing a 200 seat theatre, an 8,000 square foot ballroom, a coffeehouse with stage, and 18 meeting rooms.- Design, project management, and implementation of audio visual system upgrades and renovations for multiple venues on campus, including the Templeton-Blackburn Alumni Memorial Auditorium, John Calhoun Baker University Center, Walter Hall Rotunda, Galbreath Memorial Chapel, Peden Stadium, and the Convocation Center.- Establishment of operating procedures, warehouse operations, and logistics for all Production Department assets and for events in multiple venues across campus.- Coordination of security and event services for major events on campus.- Administration of contract agreement with International Association of Theatrical Stage Employees.- Administration and development of facility rental and service agreements for private presenters.
