I have formed TDOrtho Consulting, LLC in August of 2019 as I recognized a need within the industry to offer the strategic orchestration that allows smaller orthopaedic companies to create constructive and progressive disruption within the industry. I also provide my services through 10EQS, GLG, proSapient, Third Bridge and Guidepoint. I served as President and General Manager, Global Knee Business for Zimmer Biomet until I left the organization in July, 2019. My responsibility included the global Knee, Bone Cement and Computer Assisted Surgery businesses with revenue in excess of $3B. At the time of the Zimmer Biomet merger, June 24, 2015, I held the same position with Biomet, having joined in 2008. Prior to joining Biomet, I was Chief Marketing Officer and co-founder of Joint Vue, LLC, a diagnostic imaging company. Prior to that I spent 21 years at Zimmer, joining the company in Customer Service management and holding increasingly responsible positions in sales and marketing, including Senior Vice President, Global Knee Marketing, and Senior Vice President, Sales, Americas. Prior to joining Zimmer, I served in manufacturing management for Rockwell International. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in management science from Franklin University, (1987). I am married to Paulette and have 3 girls, Allison Rose, married to Jonathon Leweke, living in Jacksonville, FL, who have two children, Adair Davis and Fitzgerald Wallace ; Jessica Ann, married to Brooks Reed, living in South Bend, IN, who have three young girls, Harper Rose, Scarlett June and Iris Hope; and Stefani Elizabeth, married to Matthew Yudasz, living in Winona Lake, IN, who have one young girl, Mara June.
