Record notes and engage in follow-up with students. -Managed WISE Mentoring; pairing first year students with an upper level undergraduate student with the same or similar STEM major. Supervise 25 mentors and one graduate assistant. Maintain regular communication with mentors including conducting five biweekly group supervision meetings. Identified and tracked academically at-risk students. Perform necessary follow up with any concerns the mentors raise about their mentees. Submitted end of semester report to WISE Faculty Director.-Planned virtual events for all levels of WISE mentoring (pre-college, first year, and upper level undergraduates).
