Perform all HR/office management and bookkeeping duties for two small businesses. Responsible for HR, A/P, A/R, collections, payroll and business taxes, along with all other office management functions. Performed contract HR Manager/Generalist duties for various companies including Rolex Manufacturing and UST Aviation.

Worked with the legal department for resolutions to employee complaints or claims.
