Pasaverde Labs is a fully integrated cannabis manufacturer based in California. As a founding member of the team, I have been involved in several early-stage startup initiatives. Responsibilities include: - Building a fully compliant lab from an empty warehouse space- Securing supply contracts with premium growers- Negotiating contract manufacturing and licensing deals with national brand partners such as Cura CS- Executing product development pipeline and business development prospecting with out of state brands looking to enter the California market. Pasaverde Labs was acquired in July 2018.

invino is a national e-commerce group backed by major investors such as Peter Thiel, Founders Fund, DN Capital, Correlation Ventures, Launch Capital. Responsibilities included:- Developing and deploying compliant alcohol programs and advertising campaigns resulting in $10M+ in revenue- Leading a special projects initiative, including an on-demand beverage delivery business for the Bay Area.

Splitbin is a group wine buying platform with a focus on emerging wine consumers. My work with the company helped us gain over 15,000 members in first three months. Responsibilities included:- Developing a comprehensive recommendation engine, tailored to match users' broader palate preferences.- Securing B2B service agreements with wine bar chains and other enterprise partners in food and wine such as Rue La La, American Express and Gilt Groupe and Vino Volo. - Leading a marketing campaign that targeted luxury travelers accounting for over $2.5B in annual spending.- Managing selection, inventory and sales on behalf of other food and beverage companies.
