Supervise and coordinate all operations within the Human Resources Department overseeing 500 team members in a 1.4 million sq. ft. high volume facility that supports 74 stores. Ensures timeliness and accuracy of wage, benefits, performance reviews and other programs. Ensures adequate hourly and executive staffing is maintained at all times. Ensures consistency with regard to counseling and corrective action, and serves as primary resource for policy and procedure clarification and interpretation to both executive and hourly staff. • Maintain positive employee relations by creating a responsive, open environment and being available to team members and leaders to facilitate open and continuous communication; coach others on techniques used to establish and maintain positive employee relations. • Hire, train and develop an hourly and executive team; lead training, diversity awareness and employee relations programs for the facility. • Coach senior executives to ensure leaders receive timely, accurate reviews; process salary increases and assists hourly and executive team members in interpretation of benefits. • Coordinate and facilitate counseling and corrective action programs for hourly and executive team members; conduct training with partners to ensure performance plans are set, maintained, and continuously improved. • Assist General Manager senior leaders in planning, executing and tracking professional development programs.

Lead and develop 8 Operations Managers and 100+ team members to deliver distribution center resources to over 70 stores.
