Took the initiative to track and report on these SR’s, so that error trends may be identified. Using the errors from this report, working with engineering team, started a standardization project for drawing, BOM, and design process. After one quarter on this project, the team has successfully reduced the amount of SR’s by 34%.• Key member of welding implementation team.
