Manage operations in one of the Gulf Coast’s major multipurpose entertainment and convention facilities including the following venues:Performing Arts Theater – 2,000 seatsRiver Center Arena – 10,000 seatsExhibition Hall - 76,000 sq ftBallroom - 30,000 sq ftAggressively promote the facility to maximize utilization and revenue.Develop and maintain relationships with local, regional and national promoter including clients such as Live Nation, AEG Live, Jam Productions, Beaver Productions, Police Productions, Outback Concerts among others.Negotiate lease agreements and co-promotional relationships with promoters as needed. Prepare, implement and report a detailed facility budget including concerts, symphony, ballet, opera, Broadway series, meetings, conventions, trade shows, consumer shows, galas and special events.Maintain relationship with local Convention and Visitor’s Bureau to attract convention business to the facility.Work with Director of Finance to produce annual facility budget and monthly financial statements.
