Throughout my career with top firms including Fortune 500 leaders Dick’s Sporting Goods and United Technologies, I have consistently led transformation through cutting-edge technology and finance initiatives.In roles including VP of Product Management and VP of Technology Business & Portfolio Management for $12B Dick’s Sporting Goods, I directed the overarching strategy for a technology organization with 660-people, leading the Office of CTO and driving $150M in growth through various portfolio and strategic initiatives. During my time at DSG, I launched various new programs and systems including the Ship from Store program which delivered $279M in sales in its 1st year and transformed Dick’s eCommerce operations, technology, inventory, and overall P&L management. I generated significant cost savings through product management and technology programs, collaborating with internal partners and 3rd party vendors to change processes across 700+ retail locations. I regularly cultivate trust with team members at all levels including the CEO, understanding business challenges and goals and, in turn, identifying solutions to a wide range of technology, eCommerce, fulfillment, operational, and finance issues. In addition to my experience with DSG, I have expertise across industries including aerospace and pharmacy benefits management. While at Catalyst RX, I established rebate accounting objectives for this $1.9B pharmacy benefits management company, focusing on maximizing revenue and advising the CFO and executive leadership on best practices. During my time at Eckerd Health Services, I directed accounts payable, banking, and formulary rebates, leading our team to develop income statements, performance reports, daily cash accounting, and Sarbanes-Oxley documents.As part of United Technologies (Pratt & Whitney), I served as Assistant Controller for Amercon International, building income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow models for robust financial systems and controls. I also created forecasts for a multi-billion-dollar US government program, contributing to the successful Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) program transition from Florida to Connecticut, and participating in a competitive Financial Leadership Program with assignments in JSF Program Financial Controls, Military Engines Pricing, Engine Center, and Government Accounting (Firm Fixed Price contracts).
